Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of the United States and parts of Canada. Additional shipping charges may apply to shipments made outside of the 48 continental states.

Do you ship to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship all Gatorade, Propel and Sqwincher products to military bases around the world. Just enter APO, FPO or DPO as your ship-to city and select AA, AE or AP as your ship-to state at checkout. You’ll receive a USPS tracking number when your order ships.

Is expedited shipping available?
To maintain the lowest possible shipping costs, all orders are typically shipped ground, from our centrally located warehouse. However, expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. Please call for details.

Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to addresses in Ohio.

Can I track my order?
Most orders are shipped via UPS. An e-mail notification is automatically sent once your order has shipped. A UPS tracking number will be included where applicable.

Can products be returned?
Since our products are food related, we typically do not accept returns. However, in certain cases we may accept returns subject to a restocking fee. Please call for details.

What if damaged products are received?
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in transit, please call or e-mail us with the details. We will promptly ship replacement products or issue a refund. Complete customer satisfaction is always our top priority!

Where can I find coupon codes?
We typically do not issue coupon codes because we feel that we can save our customers the most by offering every day low prices. However, we do offer Weekly Specials. Click here to view our current offer. No Coupon Code Required!

Are volume discounts available?
Yes. Please call corporate sales for details.

Are Purchase Orders accepted?
Purchase orders are accepted from qualified organizations and businesses. A purchase order number can be entered at checkout. A copy of the purchase order must also be faxed to 1-877-­468-5773.

How do I know my transaction is secure?
Our storefront is hosted on the Volusion network, which is PCI/CISP certified. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) is a joint creation of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. This organization created the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), with the overall goal of protecting credit card data wherever it may reside. In order to be certified, a provider must make major investments in their servers and hardware to meet the highest security standards, and is subject to physical inspections by independent auditors.
