RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since our products are food related with limited shelf life, we can only accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in a new and unopened condition. Please call or e-mail us for details (877-464-4286 | contact@powdermixdirect.com) prior to making any returns. A 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be applied to all returned orders.

INCORRECT ITEMS
We do our best to ensure that you receive everything that you order, every time. We will promptly ship replacement products or issue a refund. We will also provide a pre-paid return label for any items that need to be returned.
